Deborah's Manor

A place of safety, dignity and renewal for women over 50
Deborah’s Manor is a future initiative that will provide transitional, supportive housing for women over 50 who are escaping family and domestic violence.
While still in development, this service responds to a growing and urgent need — safe, stable accommodation for older women without dependents who have experienced domestic violence and now face homelessness.
Across Adelaide, there is a severe shortage of housing and support options for this group, many of whom encounter multiple barriers when seeking help. Deborah’s Manor will offer a trauma-informed environment where women can heal, rebuild confidence, and reconnect with the community.
The facility will provide more than just accommodation — it will create a safe space to access support, regain independence, and take the next steps toward secure, long-term housing.
Deborah’s Manor represents the next chapter in our commitment to filling critical service gaps and supporting vulnerable individuals through compassion, connection, and community.
