Stride Education

Helping young people take life in their stride
For more than 35 years, Stride Education has been helping young people build the skills they need to thrive in a changing world. We deliver evidence-informed social and emotional wellbeing programs for students, teachers and parents across Australia.
Our programs focus on practical, easy-to-use tools — what we call Stride Steps — that strengthen wellbeing, confidence and connection.
We equip students with life skills through the following key areas:
- Connection – building healthy relationships
- Collaboration – working productively in teams
- Careers and Transitions – exploring future pathways
- Community – inspiring change-makers and global citizens
- Contribution – fostering purpose and leadership
- Communication – developing clear and confident expression
- Critical Thinking – encouraging problem-solving and adaptability
Our signature programs are delivered in primary and secondary schools nationwide and include Peer Support, Peer Mediation, MPower, Revved Up, Leadership, Supportive Friends, The Resilience Toolbox, iPrep and more. Sessions are delivered over a full day, half day or two-hour format.
We also collaborate with schools and education partners to design tailored programs that meet specific needs and budgets.
